The first link again leads me to the archive which has msi or exe
files for XP. That is only partly what I want. I also wanted to know
the following. Assume I have a keymap file for Windows. Where do I put
that so that Windows recognizes it as an option? This is similar to
putting a ttf file in system Fonts folder in Windows XP.

The second link is not relevent to this since I already have Punjabi
support enabled on the XP machine.

Thanks and regards.
