----------------------------------------
Feature #2457: Puppet clients should be able to specify a report_port, and
reportserver should be renamed to report_server

Author: Nigel Kersten
Status: Ready for Checkin
Priority: Normal

Complexity: Unknown
Affected version: 0.25.0
Keywords: behaviorchange

We can specify a report server with "--reportserver" but we can't actually
specify a port.

I'm working on a third party report collection server, and would like to be
able to specify the port.

It also seems inconsistent that we have

--server
--masterport
--ca_server
--ca_port
--reportserver

It seems clear we can't touch server/masterport/ca_server/ca_port, so I suggest
we have --report_server and --report_port ?
