Hi Feifei, If you specify the mode in your file resource, e.g.

</pre>
Then the problem should go away. Are you saying that it doesn't?
For DACLs, you can use `icacls <file>` or from within powershell `get-acl
<file> | format-list`. The latter is a bit easier to grok

I've tested Puppet client in Windows 2008 recently, on EC2 instance.
One problem I found is that, after I a first time successfully run, I
encountered "CreateProcess() failed" error:

When I remove c:\download\setup_env.bat file, I can retrieve this file from
