The future parser introduced alternatives how to write a lambda. Ux studied
showed that the recommended syntax was also the one most people where
comfortable with.
This means that the alternative forms should be removed - i.e.:
* "ruby style" - lambda parameters inside block, e.g. `$array.each {|$x| ... }`
* "java style" - arrow after lambda parameters e.g. `$array.each |$x| => { ...
}`
