Absolutely.
The current pure:dyne misses an easy system for providing a similar dock
and nest feature so you can have a quick install option without touching
to anything else. We have alread sorted automounting (including write access
to NTFS partitions) but we're done yet! :)

This will be fixed in the next pure:dyne release (leek and potato).

It is also important to understand that we consider a full Debian
install or the direct use of our debian repository, something that
belongs to "advanced" users, and that we do not want to force people
to install a full system if they don't need too :)

The problem using the debian repos we have, is also that what you get is
the current work in progress (packages from leek&potato) which explains
why some might be broken! If this is the case, you should download
separately as indicated in the doc that Heather was mentionning.

To give you a simplified view on the project roadmap the current state
is like this:
- liveCD: working in miso
- liveCD with automount: working in leek&potato alpha2
- liveCD with dock-like: scheduled for leek&potato alpha5
- liveCD with nest-like: scheduled for leek&potato
- liveDVD and liveUSB: scheduled for third milestone
- debian repository: working since miso

It was good :)

But I noticed we have 2 errors in our documentation

 * if you copy the skel in your install, then it will have an effect
only on new users, not on users already created. So to have the p:d
look'n'feel for already created users, the file should be also put in
the home folder of those users

 * I think there is some missing information on the APT settings page to
 have a proper pinning working

Anyway, as Heather said, please feel free to ask anything, feedback,
patches and review are very important so we can improve things :)
