Okay thanks.

I've got the multimedia repos enabled, so I guess unless there are any other
pure:dyne specific packages I need I'll just run a regular debain system on
top of the p:d kernel.  Perhaps I'll move over to ubuntu once things are
ready to go.  Is there a particular reason for going with Ubuntu as opposed
to standard Debian?
