I apologize for what may be a blindingly obvious question, but I have spent
some time trying to locate this script on the live DVD and I simply can't
find it, nor any reference online to its path. It's not in the any of the
$PATH directories:

> echo $PATH
/usr/local/bin
/usr/bin
/bin

> make-live-device.sh
zsh: command not found: make-live-device.sh

I also tried "find" from the command line, no results.
