I didn't have tested yet, but it's seem that dnsmasq only support old classic duid reservation and not mac ? because kea allow mac reservation for https://kea.readthedocs.io/en/kea-2.2.0/arm/dhcp6-srv.html#mac-hardware-addresses-in-dhcpv6 using different techniques to find it.
