I've run across the problem while using IB, and submitted a fix for it
ages ago but just didnt get it in in time for 2.7.1.
I'm not exactly sure how it is specific to IB though, the double-free
is on a user_opts structure, and that specific code should be executed
regardless of transport.

I know its fixed in CVS though.
