Are you using the latest ComSwiki, "Big Time"? There was a bug in a previous version, but it shouldn't be a problem now.
Can you try the code on http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/swiki/29 If that fails to e-mail you, the problem is not a Swiki problem. Your best bet then is to talk to your sysadmin. Peace and Luck!
