Hi Naala, I have a question regarding your problem: Is the ISP of the machine/process the swiki is running on really ku? Because the html you posted suggests that you most likely will have problems when sending mail with smtp.ku.edu if you are connected via another isp. The 'solution' to call the Help Desk as suggested is most likely not going to help but worth a try.
