I have been working on a platformer for pyweek, where levels are made up of a large number of tiles. As part of some optimizations I have started blitting all tiles to a texture on level load, and then just blitting this texture once to the frame when needed.
The problem is that when i was originally drawing every tile separately every frame i was able to use greyscale sprites and to colour them by using glColour3ub. blitting them to a texture this is no longer a solution, does anybody have workarounds that i could use? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pyglet-users" group.
