I disabled the doctests because they depended on a new directory location as well as pygr.contrib... -> Sorry to betray my ignorance here, but does this big merge of your -> test framework changes also include your changes to the documentation -> format? I was under the impression you made sweeping changes there -> too, so I've been holding off updating the docs any further until we -> merge all of your docs / format change into master... ...nope, the big review/merge includes *only* things under the tests/ directory.
