Well, since this is an alpha and not a beta after all... go ahead and package! On a related note, Pygr is now on PyPi! http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pygr at the moment the record points to 0.7.1 but it can quickly be updated to point at 0.8.0-alpha. By the way, note that I needed to make a minor change to our trove classifiers in order for them to be understood by PyPI - had to used "Bio-Informatics" instead of "Bioinformatics". You can find the relevant commit in my "trove" branch: http://github.com/mkszuba/pygr/commit/afcccd02062c52686632646fab2a4b18be4a1296 -- MS --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pygr-dev" group.
