Has anyone successfully downloaded/built all the genomes for the 44- way human alignment? Namshin, I saw a post to UCSC about the availability of the genomes, as some are only in 2bit format. Have you (or anyone else) gotten all of them, and willing to share your data? If not, let me know and I'll get them all. Thanks!
