Hi Chris, for the purposes of further doc writing and testing, I'd like to know your opinion on the blastx_database branch,
http://github.com/ctb/pygr/commit/3bc824e3ef98dfc698bc738d8b1f22770f561873 I can't think of a reason why blastx and tblastx shouldn't be able to take in query databases as well as sequences, but that doesn't mean there isn't one ;).
