Hi folks,
a branch for merge: simpleframe_formatdb_cleanup, from
git://github.com/ctb/pygr.git
http://github.com/ctb/pygr/commit/ee24fafab63b6b5197844cd41d24b9568b35d58a
Removes the foobarbaz.fa.n?? files that are created by the failed
formatdb attempt. We could also just move these into the temp
directory, if people want.
