Multipackage is fine for me.

Moreover, I think that there are no uses of the word "multiprocess" in PyInstaller source, only in the documentation and in the filenames of test scripts, so it's really a painless change.

While we're dealing with these nomenclature issues, I'd also suggest to change the extension of ".log" files (which are used as reference in multipackage tests to verify the packages' contents) in ".toc" (which would make the above explanation redundant :P).
