Well, there is a reproducible bug, but it seems to be more issue with bootloader: http://www.pyinstaller.org/ticket/310 1. Create on italian win32 folder with japanese characters. 2. Create an executable by pyinstaller 3. Copy executable to that created folder and try to run it from there. 4.
