Hi Eric, Thanks for the feedback. As Mike has pointed out the publisher will catch typos during their reviews but I know typos really jump out at some people and break their flow of thought so if you could send me a list I'll correct them now so that other people find reading the drafts and providing other forms of feedback easier.
