This funny guy is just making himself look ridiculous by going down to
personnal attacks, non-sense, false arguments... all the good old
technics of the well trained troll.

I have refrained to reply directly to his personnal attacks, and will
refrain once more. Let's move on, this discussion is going nowhere.
