to me it seems like a waste of time to deal with some poorly written, poorly documented, poorly supported library that someone wrote with not much effort. Funny thing people spend way more time trying to figure out and use these libraries then either the time it took to write them or the time they can write their own (or use something better). "Tosca" especially is silly since there are many more serious widget libraries such as YUI.
I'm just saying I wish I didnt waste the time on them, and as it is they represent a mine-field for people trying to start with pylons, as they will get frustrated by wasting time on trying to use these components (and it's even worse if they actually do use them instead of something better). So there should be a warning or something for noobs (hopefully this will be it).
