There wasn't much reasoning put into it except that bitbucket goes down
a lot, and for Armin GitHub led to more followers.  But it wasn't like
we sat down with a spreadsheet.  Whichever choice we made is going to be
wrong for some number of people.  I wish at least two version control
systems would die.  At this point I hope those are mercurial and
bzr. ;-)
