Hello all and good day. My name is Eli Wasserman, I'm a multimedia artist and together with my wife Rachel, an architect, we are planning a Bio-mimic architectural project in Hongkong. I have the following question: Is it possible to convert a Pdb file (or any other Pymol format) to a 3D file (3ds) or a CAD file? Our goal is to apply a molecula structure in the project, therefor we need to find a way to export the Pymol's molecula structure into our modeling programs (3D studio max, Autocad). we will appreciate very much any kind of advising.
