Hi all -

I have a structure where a serine is phosphorylated, so the residue is SEP. If
cartoon_side_chain_helper is on, the sticks disappear from the phosphate group
oxygens (O1P, O2P and O3P), even if I issue something like

    show sticks, (obj and i. 54 and n. P,O1P,O2P,O3P)

I wonder if there’s any way to get around this? Obviously I can just turn off
cartoon_side_chain_helper, but it’s so handy...

Thanks,

Jared
