Michael,

That's a great idea.

You can also specify which MacPyMOL you want via:

open -a MacPyMOL
open -a PyMOLX11Hybrid
open -a PyMOLX11Zalman

Just make sure you have those copies of MacPyMOL installed before
issuing the command.
