I've found that I can't load a set of docked files if I haven't done 
some of the "processing" steps, as the code seems to look for ligands 
that are already in its dictionary rather than loading whatever's found.

If you're trying to view them after quitting PyMol, try re-processing 
all the ligands as if you're going to set up a new docking run, then 
load the results.
