Instead of reinstalling the plugin, just edit the code for it
in-place.  PyMOL places its plugins in modules/pmg_tk/startup/.  Since
PyMOL does not read the script but once, upon initialization, any
changes you make will be recognized simply by restarting PyMOL, but
you don't need to reinstall.
