Hi,

I am trying to generate a movie which shows a conformational change of my
protein. In there, I have one helix unwinding completely and loses its
helicity. When I do morpheasy, the secondary structure of this helix from the
starting conformation is still preserved and not converted into the loop
conformation at the end of the movie. How can I depict this change of secondary
structure with the morpheasy?

Cheers,

mehmet
