Hi, I am trying to colour a protein which is a hexamer using the “goodsell” colouring method where by carbons are a light shade and all other atoms are a darker shade, however I want to colour alternating subunits of the hexamer for clarity. Is there a way of selecting two different carbon colours on 2 separate chains? As well as colouring N, O and S in the same way too?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
