I'm not familiar with "goodsell", but some selection algebra should be a
solution:
Try something like:
util.cbaw # color by atom (white carbons)
color grey80, chain B and elem C
color grey70, chain C and elem C
#... etc.
There are also pymol wiki pages for coloring and selection algebra for
reference.
