oh, that's easy, even i can tell you: on the right panel you have a list of all your loaded molecules. now, either you click on the "A" (action) field of the molecule you want to add to another and and select "copy to object" and select the target structure (which must be visible/activated) from the small popup list, or, if you want to add a fragment of your source molecule to another, then you need to select that part and apply the same clicking sequence to the SELECTION (A>copy...>...).
