Dunno.  I'm sure both will accomplish the job and both will be better
than the current situation.  I've used Jira and Confluence for almost
two years now on a daily basis, and I can personally say that they are
among the most intuitive and pleasant to use systems of their kind that
I've used.

FWIW, Atlassian has made the same generous offer for Mailman, and I am
going to accept it (assuming we can ever get the freakin' data out of
SF).
