Although that's more oriented towards quick questions, where it seems to work well. Here, I suspect the best tutors will be people familiar with the programs-- even sighted I would have trouble teaching or showing for example Ecplipse to... anyone, as I don't use it. Inaccessible development tools is part of a conversation in a11y circles as it's holding back students and workers with potential. That the websites are also inaccessibly coded is a tragedy, as there's pretty much no excuse for any tutorial site to be written so awful (though it is pretty much the norm).
