Although that's more oriented towards quick questions, where it
seems to work well.

Here, I suspect the best tutors will be people familiar with the
programs-- even sighted I would have trouble teaching or showing
for example Ecplipse to... anyone, as I don't use it.

Inaccessible development tools is part of a conversation in a11y
circles as it's holding back students and workers with potential.

That the websites are also inaccessibly coded is a tragedy, as
there's pretty much no excuse for any tutorial site to be written
so awful (though it is pretty much the norm). If they were written
according to the usual w3c and wcag webstandards they would work
fine in ZoomText (which I also use, but more for testing websites
than daily work as it only works in Windows).
