A buggy script here or there will inevitably pull the wrong package, or refuse to update the right one for whatever reason. I've spent way too much time on this sort of thing among the years. Now, I'd rather only have source repos in my apt lists, and build whatever I need directly on the box. I know this complicates security updates, but there are mailing lists for that, and anyway I don't really have to maintain production serves myself :)P -- Giacomo Lacava -- To post: [email protected] To unsubscribe: [email protected] Feeds: http://groups.google.com/group/python-north-west/feeds More options: http://groups.google.com/group/python-north-west
