So, if you run your old files through a "grown up" pyx all lines come
out fatter. While I'd say it resembles the natural walk of life it will
lead to surprises.

Anyway, since pyx is still in 0.x changes like this should be ok, and
1pt should be a less arbitrary default than 0.2mm.
