No, it is quite old. My oldest installed version is OO1.1.5 and there it
exists already.
I'll make a step by step reproduction procedure in Bugzilla and attach a
file that has the defect on my system.
With a Writer table I can confirm your observation.
You should indeed write a bug. Please ask and mention it here, if you do
not find all information for creating a bug, so that we can improve the
descriptions.
