Okay, I looked at the output and I see that

ppmtoy4m ... -S 420_mpeg2 ...

This command has two versions one take "-S 420_mpeg2", the other version
takes "-S 420mpeg2". I added logic to QDVDAuthor to detect which of the
two versions is installed and it should work, unless you update
mjpegtools AFTER you install QDVDAuthor.

So I recommend you to
> rm $HOME/.qdvdauthor/*.ini

restart qdvdauthor will recreate the ini files. If the ppmtoy4m command
is still not correct ( I.e. -S 420mpeg2 )then you can manually change it
in the CommandQueueDialog ( [e] - button next to the command )
