Hi, I found the issue ! The error born when setting the SHORT-NAME in the metadata section of layer.
I test it on qgis 2.14.5 as client and 2.14.3 as qgis-server. I dont know if is an issue of QGIS desktop side or of qgis-server side. Please, someone can confirm this issue ?
