let's try to narrow down what is happening.
QGIS itself doesn't have autoupgrade feature, I confirm. There is a
notification message in the status bar possibly, but nothing without
manually downloading the packages and launching the installation.
Are you using your own Intune packages or are they already proposed by
the Microsoft store?
