Hi 

I can confirm this for GRASS Toolbox and MINGW shell so I created a bug
report.

I used dbf and sqlite and there is no error message during import, but the
("Cannot select attributes from table...") occurs, when I try to load the file
in QGIS and the dbf folder in the GRASS database is empty.
