A partial fix pushed.
ValueBuilder may now be reused, if it is created with Module#newValueBuilder(
Class<T> mixinType )
Id does not yet work with the 2 other ways to create ValueBUilders. I believe
these cases are irelevant.
Still missing: State taht is not stored inside properties or associations is
ignored (as demonstrated by MapOverrideTest).
This seem to be an issue with using JSonSerializer.
Will work on this when i return from vacation
