Actually pretty all Windows archiver tools (WinZIP, PowerArchiver and the like) should be able to handle RAR files. But granted, the format isn't as common anymore like it was in the DOS days.

A quick search on the net will find the RAR achiver. I had to do the same after downloading for Phoebus' site.


The reward is that the RAR interface is very visually pleasing and easy to use.
