The "Epsom [racing !] stylus Colour 460" is (I believe) 'NonDURAbrite' inked. I've managed similar unblocking by sparingly using warm water with old cartridges - until normal service was resumed (via invocation (!) of ROM auto-head-cleaning routine). ;) HTH.
