Dave Walker's suggestion is the easiest.
Another way is to get a QL emulator for the PC and use that to copy the 
file(s).  I use Qemulator which does a great job.  There are plenty of 
others.  The Rolls Royce is QPC2 but a mite over the top for file 
copying!  I hardly ever use Qemulator for *real* work - I much prefer 
using QL hardware.
