My comment was addressed to QUANTA ie all the members of that organisation accessible here, that includes the committee naturally but not only. The committee at the end of the day is just that, a committee not QUANTA. I imagine a business case is more likely to succeed with the committee if there is a reasonable amount of interest in a project and it is possible to seek an indication of that here. So I hope you wont mind if there are further comments of this sort as we all know they are not a formal approach to the committee. Nice to know the committee is listening.
