Your program needs amending as C++ comments are not allowed.

 #include <stdio.h>

 void main(void)
 {
     /* I hope this is right !  */
     printf ("Hello World");
 }

ex flp1_cc;'hello_c -o flp2_hello_exe'

assuming the c68 programs are on a floppy in drive 1 and drive 2 is where you
want the result. ;'..........' is a way of passing parameters to an excutable
program. If you have TK2 extensions then 'prog_use flp1_' and 'data_use
flp2_' eliminates the need to specify the drives.

ex flp2_hello_exe

will run it.

The C68 disks contain C68menu a simple IDE for preparing C programs, compiling
them and running them. It dose not require the pointer environment. Refresh
the screen with F5.

Yes we have not learnt the art of writing instructions which are easily
assimulated.
