For the kit quoted the theoretical maximum is 200Mbs. However a bit like wireless whether you actually get that can depend on a wide variety of factors such as quality of wiring, noise levels etc. In most cases I would guess you have at least one end plugged into a 100Mb hub or LAN card which would limit your speed anyway.
I must admit I have been thinking of trying out this kit myself as my wireless is only 54Mb, and that is not enough when trying to stream HD quality video as using wireless 54Mb notional speed one finds that the data throughput tends to be more like 20-30Mb at best once one takes into account the wireless overheads.
