I have no knowledge of what is required by the Qx0 but I am sure you have 
the full range from the AT pack.

I am not sure what is meant by "shorting to ground", tho' it could be the 
PowerGood needs to be taken low.

I remember that it is necessary to have a sufficient load on the 12v supply 
or they do not work, but an HDD should suffice. Or a 12v auto bulb if needed.
