Great that Gerhard (and Anton, as far as I'm aware) went ahead and
plan the show :-)
Yes, I remember that July and August (the main travel dates) were not so
good for shows as this is the main travel season, so hotels are
expensive, everything is full and crowded and so on.
Also, some visitors might have their real holidays somewhere else,
so that might clash.
I'd prefer June for this reason and voted for this option - as early as
possible. Even end of May, beginning of June - if that would be possible
- would be fine for us.

I've filled in my favourite dates (although I don't yet know for sure if
I can come).
I think past history of QL shows that August is NOT the best time.
